David Arnow is a commercial real estate agent focused on office and industrial sales and leasing in the Greater Cincinnati area. He brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and data analysis to help clients evaluate and execute deals with confidence.
David graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. While in his sophomore year of college, he launched his real estate career, closing 11 transactions before graduation and representing companies such as CrossCountry Mortgage.
Before joining Rath Equity, David worked on a top-performing residential team, gaining experience in both single-family and multifamily transactions. At Rath Equity, he now focuses on helping business owners, landlords, and investors navigate Cincinnati’s office and industrial markets.
David prides himself on being young and aggressive. He sees his age as his greatest advantage, bringing fresh energy, going the extra mile, and using technology effectively to deliver results for his clients.
He stays active in the real estate community by regularly attending roundtable events and participating in organizations such as SIOR, ACG, and the Jewish Business Network. A lifelong Cincinnati native, David was raised in Montgomery and graduated from Sycamore High School. His family has called the area home for over a century, with his grandfather formerly serving as Mayor of Montgomery.
Outside of work, David golfs and has mentored a young adult through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for the last year and a half.
